Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within 10 days within Germany and within 10-30 days for deliveries abroad after conclusion of the contract.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping costs
We ship worldwide with DHL or PostNL. My studio is located directly on the German/Dutch border, so shipping occurs from various countries. Shipping costs for an order are calculated based on the destination and size/weight of the package and are displayed during checkout.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These are to be borne by the buyer.

Items are usually sent with tracking. If a package gets lost, we will, of course, arrange a replacement. Please contact me in this case.
